Spotlight: GRITTY IN PINK x PUNK ROCK & PAINT BRUSHES PRESENT MUSIC AND ART SHOW FOR WOMEN’S HISTORY MONTH

With March 1 starting Women’s History Month, this event seeks to empower. Now more than ever, women need to rise up and support one another. This All Girl Jam, without a doubt, is going to achieve all of this.

The All Girl Jam: Music x Art Show

Gritty in Pink and Punk Rock & Paint Brushes are joining forces for an All Girl Jam and art show of only female artists. Get ready to start off Women’s History Month right! On Saturday, March 5  at Alex’s Bar from 1-9 pm in Long Beach, CA, the All Girl Jam will feature over 50 of Southern California's most talented and best female musicians. In a male-dominated industry, women are underrepresented and this show gives them a huge platform. Dedicated to achieving gender equality in the music industry, Gritty in Pink is not holding back.

On March 5, you can expect to see legendary artists co-headlining such as Reverie, the sensational Latina rapper, and Philly native rapper Whitney Peyton.

Other amazing female artists you can expect to see at All Girl Jam are listed on the poster below!

The music starts at 5 pm and is free entry! The indoor/ outdoor event will also feature a Punk Rock & Paintbrushes art show. The all-female art exhibit showcases 16 brilliant artists, including Soma Snakeoil, Lisa Brownlee, and Chloe Trujillo. Merchandise booths will be open and the show will feature drink specials and artisans as well!

Attendees will have the chance to win prizes by signing up as a new user on INPINK.com. INPINK is Gritty in Pink’s new marketplace offering support and resources for women in music. For more information, visit INPINK.com and sign up!

If Long Beach, CA is just a bit too far away for you to travel to this amazing event, do not worry! The All Girl Jam will be livestreamed on social media! To make sure you don’t miss any information on the livestream, be sure to follow Gritty in Pink on Instagram or their website
